Welcome to my small part of this great industry. I hope to spread the word about my writings and endeavors into the vast literary universe.
I have been undergoing psychological therapy for many childhood and adult traumas that have plagued my life. I began reading books as a way to escape into another world. After a number of discussions about the types of books I was reading, and how they seemed to mirror my life in so many ways, my therapy became not just reading these stories but to write my own. Thus I began my own writing journey in 2025.
I began by writing a memoir of my life (still in the works). This became my first attempt at writing. But I wanted more. I then began to delve into my fantasy worlds or ‘what might have been’ if I had turned right and not left (A Doctor Who reference). Writing about what I imagine my life might have been like, if things had been different has become a joy, and a positive way to release much of my trauma. Therefore you will not read about ‘me’ in my stories, but rather, you will read about the things I didn’t do as a young person. You can read about how I wish my life could have been like.
I hope this will resonate with many of you, and you might enjoy my stories because they might also rekindle memories of your youth or at least be an enjoyable read.
I have set myself a goal to finish at least one of my fiction novels by the end of 2026. I am hoping I can achieve more than that. – Goal Achieved.
